REHAB OF THE CALF MUSCLE AFTER ACHILLES TEAR

I HAD A PARTIAL ACHILLES TEAR IN JUNE 2011 (ABOUT 30%). I HAVE PRETTY GOOD RANGE OF MOTION IN IT. I CAN’T RUN ON IT JUST YET.JUST A LITTLE SLIGHT JOG. BUT I NOTICE THAT MY CALF MUSCLE IS NOT AS HARD AS IT WAS BEFORE AND IT IS NOTICEABLY SMALLER THAN THE OTHER LEG.WHAT CAN I DO TO GET IT UP TO WHERE IT ONCE WAS. ALSO WHAT I CAN I DO TO PREVENT ANOTHER INCIDENT?

I had a 70% achilles tendon rupture. I would like to know what exercises ( Beginning rehab exercises ) I need to do to slowly get back back to the walking motion and allow the tendon to slowly heal and grow back to its original form as before?

any ideas for some very basic stretches and/or exercises I can now that I am 3 months into my post rupture cycle of hell??thanks
