rehab ruptured distal bicep tendon

(3 discussions)

Hi- I had a ruptured distal bicep tendon surgicaly re-attached over a year ago. I have full mobility in my arm but significant muscle loss in the lower bicep. What excercises can I do to regain the muscle? Thanks,Mike

If you get a response please let me know. I am 58 and the POWERS THAT BE seem to feel that surgery, at my age, is out of the question because they don’t feel that there is enough physical exertion at my age to warrant it. WRONG!! but like you physical therapy recommendations are not forthcoming. Again give me a shout if you hear anything.

I must confess that without insurance my options are limited, but like you physical therapy recommendations are not forthcoming. Again give me a shout if you hear anything.
