Repetative pain on ankle
I have had a pain on the outside of my right ankle, well a little higher than the ankle, for a few weeks, almost feels like a pinched nerve or something. It hurts to touch if pressed, and strains occasionally if I’m running or stretching. I’m very active and play netball twice a week, train for netball twice a week, and go to the gym for body jam once and body balance once a week also. For example when I lean on my ankle slightly when crossing my legs, or when I have to stop/start for netball the pain returns for about 10 minutes… It also hurts when I squat down for filing at work or stretching. And I fi have been on my feet for a while it also hurts. I’m 24.

This could be several things: tendonitis, stress fracture or nerve entrapment. It would be best to have this looked at by a podiatrist.
