right foot aches and swelling

My right foot aches all the time, especially during warm dry weather.
It is more tolorable during wet or rainy weather.
I have had surgery already with virtually no results.
The Dr. told me he also removes the nerves so I would not have any futher discomfort.
Now my foot not anly aches but now with some numbness. The surgery was done several years ago.
I was looking on this site for a foot wrap, hoping it may help.
Are these available?
What do you suggest?Problem #2 Lately, my right shin has been aching terribly especially during dry weather and more so after I have completed a long walk. Would a magnetic shin or calf wrap help?
