ROM

Currently reading literature regarding the rehabilation from sports injuries and found ‘ROM’ mentioned as a crucial part of the initial process. The literature then goes on to discuss the advantages of ‘PROM’, ‘AROM’, and ‘AAROM’. Can anyone out there shed any light on what exactly all of these letters stand for? Much appreciated, steve.
