I had rotator cuff surgery 4 months ago. I finished my therapy with PT a few weeks ago. I do therapy at home with weights and bands but my shoulder stays very stiff and achy. How long before it feels normal again?
I had an rotator cuff injury some years ago and I still have stiffness and pain in my right shoulder. what can I do about this? it’s difficult to still raise my arm over my head without pain.
