I am a 13 year old girl, and after about a month of track, I started having a large amount of pain in my kneewhich was located below my knee cap. My mother and sister both have the same type of condition, but my mom some how worked out of it after many years of running. I would LOVE to continue training this summer, my I almost ionstantly get a pain in my knee, which makes it so I cannot continue runnig. Are there any streches or workouts that I can do to help with this problem. I have a feeling that this might be the common ‘runners knee’ but I am not sure. Thank you!
