I have ruptured my hamstring for the second time in a year playing softball.
What excersises should I be doing and for how long to get it back to normal or rather better than normal?

I have recently ruptured my hamstring, having a MRI scan on my right hamstring. What I would like to know, if pissible is what does ruptured hamstring mean? ok, its hurts, but is it torn, torn in places?
