My husband just recieved his xray report and the dr. says he has degenerative arthrisis in his back and hip area. She is following up with c-scan and neurologist appt. to see what shape his discs are in. My question is what questions do we ask and what are the best treatments for this disease?

Hi, I sure hope you can help. I was diagnoised with arthritist in my hips, lower back and knees…plus brittle bones.. now I hurt all over my body and so stiff that without pain pills I can barely move. I am alergic to asprin so I am unable to take most arthritic prescriptions. It feels like my hip joint wants to seperate from my socket/spinal area.. is this a normal feeling for arthritist? It really scares me at times. Other times I feel my hips just don’t want to function. I have never been sick in my life, served in the military, and now at 57 I feel I’m old before my time. Any advise you offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much..Nancy
