Pain that travels down the leg and possibly into the little toe can be sciatic. Acupressure/punture can really help. There is a very tender spot in the buttocks which you should be able find easily. Feel around with your fingers until you find it. Place a tennis ball on the ground and then lie down on it with the tender spot on the ball. Start out slowly, 30 seconds to a minute and build up. More is not better when it comes to nerves. A tight piraformis muscles is the common culprit. Your hips may be misaligned causing one leg to be slightly shorter. A chiropracter can pop the hips back into place and a massage therapist can take care of the piraformis so it doesn’t come back.
