Scoliasis

I have middle back pain and it feels like a rod driving in my spine up to my neck and I have bad headaches form this.Ayear ago the doctor told me I have a slight case of scoliosis. I pop my back sometimes by turning and it relieves it for a while til I turn the wrong way again the pain returns
