seperated shoulder

Hi, about 7 weeks ago I fell off my bike down a 6ft ramp at a skatepark straight on my left shoulder. I went to the orthopeadic and found out I separated my A C, I tore a ligament and had a 3rd degree separation. I wore a sling for a month, then my doctor told me to take it off, and I do not need therapy. Then I went back in 2 weeks and he told me my shoulder is heeled and I could start riding my bike again. So I came home and started to do little tricks on the ground and riding around. My arm was really sore after so I waited a day for it to heel. It been a week now and my shoulder feels worse since I rode my bike. So I was looking for another opinion because I did not like my doctor in the first place and at my last visit he told me I might have broken my clavicle. But since I am 16 yrs old he said I don’t need therapy and my shoulder heels very fast. I asked him if I should do any exercises to strengthen my arm and he said no. I was wondering if you could tell me what you think about this. I really need to get back on my bike and practice since I am sponsored, and have shows and competitions to go to. Thanks!
