I think you should go back to physical therapy and give it a good try first. Marianne Ryan, PT

hello I have been having shoulder pain for a couple weeks now. It started in the back just inside the lower soulder blade. I felt burning, this made me believe I had torn a muscle. Now the pain is in my back shoulder area all the way around (over the top) to my front in the clavical area. Wy muscles will not relax. They are tence and are twitching. At about the 90 degree point when i raise my shoulder I feel a pop, or some sort of bone on bone rubbing. I can not get comfortable. My entire shoulder area front to back feels weak and exousted. I have been taking ibuprofen mixed with tylenol. I have also put muscle cream like icy/hot on it, put damp heat and have tried ice. I have had little sucess with these methods. The heat does not even seem to be relaxing the muscles much. Do you have any suggestions on what i might do, or what might be wrong. This has progressively become worse over the past 2 weeks. Thank you. James Osborne
