Severe pain in 3rd and 4th toe
In the last month I have had severe pain in the 3rd and 4th toe of my right foot. I thought maybe a cramp but this is very painful. So painful that on one occasion I was forced to take my shoe off and massage and pull at those 2 toes. Nothing helped, itlasted about 20 minutes, I tried holding my foot many ways but to no avail. The pain seems to be INSIDE the toes not on top or on the soul. I wear proper well fitting shoes with no heel. These episodes happened while shopping and while at work (where I sit) and while swimming.

What you are describing sound much like a Morton’s neuroma. You should see a podiatrist for further examination and evaluation.
