severe swelling of archilles tendon

I walk on cement in rubber boots at work, I have been doing this for twenty seven years. Over the past two years my tendons swell on both my lower legs, there are also large lumps forming on both tendons.
It is very painful to walk.
What can I do?

The top of my foot started aching over night like a pulled muscle. I can’t hardly walk on it and it is swelled. What can I do?

dude, u gotta get that checked by a podiatrist, it could be a growth due to irritation, or your a.tendon could be gettin worked. seek help
