Severed tendon
My daughter stepped on a piece of glass and severed the tendon on her middle toe. We have had conflicting advice from two different doctors. One said he wouldn’t bother to reattach it, the other said it is necessary.
The second dovtor want to schedule surgery for next week. We have no idea what to do. Any input would be appreciated.

This is a judgement call. It really depends on how close the tendon ends are and if it can can adequately immobilized to facilitate healing.
