Severely cracked feet

Hi,
I live in Australia and have been suffering from extremely cracked heels, tops of my toes and ball area. To make matters worse I also have deep planters warts on the pressure points of my feet, I literally cannot walk some days without crying, I have been to podiatrists who use a scalpel to debride them but I find it mostly makes it worse. I am only 29 and have a 21 month old and am 9 months pregnant, I have had this condition for as long as I can remember. Please help if you can, if need be I will send photos to show you.
