My son plays alot of sports he is now starting baseball for the spring. He is 11 He has had severs disease for a year and a half. How long does this last and what can I do to comfort him it is in both of his heels.
My son is 11 years of age and has been playing Rugby League for 5 years, he has been diagnosed with severs disease, he is quite a talented player and has been selected in a representitive team. How can I help him to continue to participate, do heel inserts help?, what other options do we have, or is there anything else we can try. If he continues to play, can it do any long term damage?
