(Shin) muscle pain
Hi,I’m haveing problems with my shin muscles on both legs tightening up when walking fast or running on a treadmill or pavement. the pain usually begins after about ten minutes of excercise. I’ve tried stretching but haven’t had any success. I know this is not shin splints if that helps any.Thanks,Brian
