Basketball started two days ago and my spin splints have already started.
I bought two wraps last year, and they sucked, they did not help at all. Do you have any pictures of the proper way how to tape for shin splints?

Many times, shin splints are caused by your feet. If your arches are too high, or too flat, or if you walk improperly, you can get shin splints. If you have been seen and cleared by a foot doctor, then try a compressive wrap (stretchy tape) around the shin.
