shoe inserts
I have quite flat feet.
My toes curl up at the base of the foot.
I am on my feet 12 hrs a day.
3 years ago I bought a pair of silicone inserts that helped relieve “heel spurs” (I think).
These inserts have since worn out and I am looking for new ones.
My question concerns the metatarsal pad in Viscoped insert.
Will this pad help both the prevent the foot pain and possibly help straighten the toes out?

I think that is a matter of personal preference. I prefer the Viscoped with out the metatarsal pad. I feel that it does not fit everyone adequately. I do think that it is a good product and use it in my practice.
