I am a dancer and experience sharp pain from my sholder and down my right arm after some classes. I have been going to a physio who says it comes from my sholders rolling forward to far and therefore irritating my tendon. I am trying to strengthen the muscles in my upper back, to pull my sholders back, but I am still in pain. It sometimes gets to the point where I can not lift my arm from my side. Could the problem be something else and who is the best proffesional to see about this problem.
