short, abnormal 4th toe

Hello to all.From birth I have had an abnormal 4th toe on both feet. I sits higher than the other toes and look as if it is out of place.Never having grown correctly,it is also about the same length as my pinky toe. My question is, how much would surgery be to correct this 4th toe? What type of surgery would be done?

Through the years my toes were fine until around the 5th or 6th grade I began to get a little taller and my toes began to get slimmer and longer but my 4th toe began to stop growing almost being the same height as my pinky toe, Today it is so embarrassing to me, you can’t even were flip flops or any kind of open toed shoes, this feature has really took a blow on my self-esteem. Is there any exercise that I can use to increase the height of my 4th toe or how much would the surgery probably be?
