shorten toe

hey, I was wondering, I hate my second toe… its like longer than my first one, and I was wondering if its possible to shorten it.
Actually the second toe is longer on both my feet, I was wondering if it is even possible to shorten it, and how much does the procedure cost, and what are its side effects, and how long is the recovery? and are the results good. thanks for your time
