Hi there,
I have an AC seperation. But I am starting to wonder whether some of the pain is also tendonitis!
When I left my arm out to the side it hurts. And when I rotate my hand backwards it increases quite alot.
Having looked up on this site, it doesn’t say anything about that movment for the AC joint, but that that would hurt it if it was tendonitis of the supraspinatus tendon.
Anybody know what should be the result of that movement in regards to an AC joint injury??
