Hi Vernon,It sounds like your rhombiods which are the muscles that stablise your shoulder blades that are giving you jip. It’s quite a common problem especially in occupations that demand you to have your shoulders hunched forward. In your job, it’s an occupational hazard. It causes the rhomboids to become over stressed and then they fight back. These muscles are connected from the spine to the shoulder blades and if over used/stressed, they can result in awful pains that can even mimick heart attacks in the chest. I suggest that you get yourself a good sport massage therapist that will listern to you with more sympathy than your GP. Hope all goes well, Lulu
