Shoulder pain

I have pain in my left shoulder for a couple of days now. When I go through a throwing motion it feels like it is popping out of the socket and then back in again. It also happens if I move it in just the right way. I am right handed so it hasn’t bothered me a whole lot. I lift weights 3 times a week. I first noticed it when it felt like I needed to crack it to make it feel better. And it only got worse.

    Not enough info to help you much.You should stop lifting any weights for a week or so,then up-date us.Meantime give your L/arm, a good massage each time you wash or shower,work on your pecs and deltoid too.After that,a vigorous toweling to boost the circulation.Hopefully your recovery process will kick in before we hear from you again.Good luck.
