This is a good question. I don’t even know what causes this. I was just told by my Dr. that I had a sciatica problem. Very painful. I am told to go to physical therapy. What info can you give me. Thanks,Roe

: : I have had pain now for months and nothing seems to relieve the pain. could you help me?You had this under my son’s name and the information was for me, his mother. We do use the same computer. What I had was NOT a siatica nerve problem after all but was frozen shoulder. I had surgery which just involved manipulation. After two months of sleepless nights I went and had accupuncture. After two treatments I was finally sleeping. I do have documentation for this so I am requesting you remove this from under his name and you can put under mine…Sharon

Only do this for approx 30seconds in each area. Continue doing this up and down the back and leg area(s), once this has been completed sit on a hard chair i.e. dinning chair with the balls on the floor, and your feet on the top of the balls and roll the balls around. If it too painfull do not persue. Good Luck. Sam Bridgland
