The outer side of my lef foot is swollen (a lump) over the bone that protrudes half way between your toes and heel. It is also a little red.
Is this something I should worry about or just give it some time? Thanks
This is difficult to answer as I have not examined your foot. If you are describing the base of the 5th metatarsal, it could have several answers ranging from a fracture, tendonitis, irritation in the shoe. I recommend you see a podiatrist for further evaluation. To see is to know, not to see is to guess.
