sole of feet itch and bottom of feet hurt
The soles of my feet started itching intensely about 2 weeks ago- mostly on the outside edge and the arches.
It continues throughout the day.
Also, in the morning it is painful to walk on my feet for the first 5 min and occas. during the day – like right now the left heel is painful.
I’ve have no injuries and no dermatological problems with my feet before. Nothing interesting in my med. history either.
