sore heel
For a few days now my heel has been sore. It hurts up close to my arch. It feels like a bad bruise. I noticed it the other day while on a walk. (I walk everyday for exercise). Could this be Plantar Fasciitis? I read that Plantar Fasciitis is caused by high arches and also being over weight can cause it. Please advise.
