soreness on bottom of feet

Every once in a while I will get these sore spots on my feet about the size of a quarter. They itch at first and then become very red and hurt very badly. They go away in a few days but come back. they are not in the same spots every time they come back. What could this be?

There is no way I can begin to guess what this could be in this sort of forum. It might be a vascular problem, allergy, infection, etc. I highly recommend you see a podiatrist when you are symptomatic.

I have a similar thing happening on the ball of my left foot. Every now and then small itchy lumps appear and then become hot and sore.
My Doctor has no idea. If you discover what it is please leave a reply – I’m interested. Good luck.
