SPOTS ON ARCH

my 25 year old son, had developed dark spots in the arch of his feet. he complains of ichiness, and there is nothing you can feel to the touch. He is a cocation, in case that matters. he is a tow truck driver, and works about 16 hours a day 6 days a week. he weerars work boots with white socks.
