Sprained Tendon (right heel)
Wondering what can be done to help cure this problem. Sincereading some articles on your site, I assume it could alsobe some other problem. Pain is not 24 hour problem. Some days it is worse than others. Use DMSO few times per weekand pain goes away for 2 to 4 hours, but comes back if Iwalk aground to much or do heavy lifting (I am 71).
Thank you very much for any help.

You might have Plantar fasciitis- which is an inflammation of the plantar fascia or tendon-like band that helps support the arch. This can be present with or without a heel spur. There are numerous treatments which can include anti-inflammatory medicines, ice, stretching, pre-fab orthotics, custom orthotics, taping, injections of cortisone, physical therapy and even surgery. I recommend you see a podiatrist to get more answersGood luck.
