i recently sprained my wrist while lifting weights while working out. spraining them in the process. really need help for a remedy the pain has lessened but it just doesent go away . its been almost 2 weeks now.
I also would like some advise on what to do with my sprained wrist. I sprained it 3 weeks ago playing rugby, it doesn’t cause great pain through day to day activities but I have been unable to lift weight or put it under any pressure.
