Stepped on rock
About two months ago I stepped on a rock with the heel of my foot and it has hurt every since, there is a bump where it happened and if I’m bare-foot and step on something else, it shots pain up my foot and leg.
I have looked at the bump and even cut away soem hard tissue around it and can’t see anything in the area.
It’s getting to the point taht I have to wear shoes all the time and even that won’t stopp the pain.
what can I do in short of going to the doctor, b/c I don’t have insurance…

You may have a fracture in your heel bone. An x-ray would be helpful to determine what extent. I do recommend you have this seen about. Until you do, put as much cushioning in the heel of your shoe that you can. If you are in too much pain, use crutches to offload weight.
