Stepped on Rock Now Blood Bubble On Bottom of Foot

I stepped on a rock 2 months ago.
It hurt really, but it never bled. Later on it bruised and formed into a bump.
The bump turned into a bloody bump.
Since then it has stayed the same.
It looks like the size of a plantar wart except it is filled with blood.
If it ruptures it bleeds like crazy for about 10 minutes. It is very tender around the area, but other than that it’s ok.
Some people think I might have broken a blood vessel.
Whatever I did I can’t find anything on how to cure it.
Can anyone please give me a suggestion.
