I went to a physical therapist for this, he said Ice for 20mins then heat for 20mins and he said, my back muscles of my leg over powered my quad, so stretch my back leg muscles.Ive been getting electic stimulation for it too, and he recomended Yoga, and taking advil, as for excersise he said use an excercise ball and do groin work out and light leg extensions, and do not kick for 6 weeks, Im a kicker for a football team

You have to give it time to heal. Ice is your best friend. You should ice, rest and strecth ALOT.
