Strange bicep injury

My right bicep has been bothering me for about 3 or 4 months, I think I did too many concentration curls or preacher curls and now it hurts when I try to curl with it. I stayed off it for a few weeks and then tried light weights to rehab it but that doesn’t seem to be working. The weird thing about it is when I just work out and my arm is pumped (I don’t know if there is an actual term for it) I could see like a weird crease toward the bottom of my bicep. It is like some kind of weird dip or some kind of indentation, but it only gets like that after I lift weights with it and I am guessing that has to do with the pain… I hope that made sense and I was able to explain it good
