sudden swollen foot

Yesterday after I woke up and started walking to work, I had an uncontrollable itch on top of my foot. I scratched a bit afterwards and all of a sudden, it became really swollen, to the point where I can’t really move my toes. Then I noticed other similar parts of my body, where it is invisibly itchy then after scratching a bit, it becomes swollen. I also noticed that my face is kind of puffed up as well. Any ideas or suggestions is appreciated, thanks.
