supination-ball of foot pain
What is the best shoe insert for someone who tends to roll to the outside of foot when walking? This causes pain and callous’s to form on the bone of my small toes. I have tried many insert but none seem to address a ‘roll out’ problem.

There are not any pre-fab over the counter inserts that will address this. A custom orthotic that is made to a cast of your foot and is properly balanced might.
