swolen ankles/bruised/heel painful

Pain when I put pressure on heels of feet, both ankles have swolen for two weeks now (been on anti-inflammatory Motrin and Hydrocodone for one week).
Ankles are still swolen and have began to bruise.
Also have small dime size knots on front of ankle within last two days. Joints in elbows and wrists hurt as well in the morning when I awaken just started as well.
