Swollen and Bruised foot, VERY IMPORANT
Hey, my name is Lauren and my mom’s left foot is VERY swollen and has a bruise on the top of it. She wears her right size shoes. Never tight. She twisted it about a month and 1 week ago but she said it didn’t hurt. She is in no pain. I am getting very worried. She doesn’t walk around very much. She doesn’t wear heels much. She hasn’t worn any lately due to her foot. I don’t know what to do. Can you please help. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I can not tell you what is going on without examining her foot and probably running some tests. To see is to know, not to see is to guess. There could be a number of things going on, regardless of her stating she does not hurt.
I recommend she see a doctor as soon as possible.
