Swollen right ankel

My ankel on right foot swells up to size of orange then as I rest the swell goes down.
Its painfull to walk usually I have to limp when it swells.Sometimes it doesn’t hurt then it swells and hurts again.
Its very painfull and it only happens on my right foot.

MY right ankel is so big and it hurts, but when I elevate it at night, it goes down. The minute that I take my shower and get my day going, it is right back swollen. Is it possible to have some type of Lymph Node blockage?
