I’ve been power walking the past few months, and just recently I’ve been feeling pain in my lower left back, and front…down my thiegh and into my groin area. IB Profin doesn’t seem to relieve any of the pain. What do you sugest? Can I excersize to relieve it? Please advise me of what my possibilities are.

We need to find out from the NRI what exactly is wrong. There are specific exerciese for siatic nerve involvement. Write back once you know the results of the MRI.
