tail bone
hi, I am not sure if I still have a crack or facture on my tail bone that I went to see my new dr. she said that I might have the facture on my tail bone that it can’t fix or no cure. When I was in high school to play the basketball game then I jumped so high to get the ball and the girl pushed me. So I lost my balance and fall so hard on the gym floor with my tail bone. Yes, I got the bruise and it took a while to heal. That time I was about 17 or 18 years old. Last year, my friend and I joined other friend who has the big boat in the lake of Ozark. It was rough to ride the boat on the lake. Then in a few days later I have a hard time to sit all day that it cause me pain on my tail bone. Walk is fine and move my legs are fine except sitting all day or sit for an hour or two hours that cause pain in my tail bone. Today, I went to see my dr to solve the problem on my tail bone so I am looking for WWW to find the answer about the facture on tail bone if thatis true about can’t heal or just for life. Hi Dene, I don’t know what help I can be except to say that I’m in the same boat. I have always had difficulty with my tailbone. When young, doing situps on hard gym floors, sitting on hard chairs, etc. I either broke my tailbone or knocked it completety out of whack in 1980. Didn’t go to a chiropractor until three months after the fact. Then another three months later I went to Orthopedic Doctor. He gave me cortosine shots around the tailbone which caused me to have to use a “donut” pillow for months after. My tailbone hurt me badly for one year and not to badly for another year. I still don’t sit well on hard surfaces but have had that all my life. Can’t sit sideways on buses due to movement with the braking. All I can say is GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW!! Waiting just means nothing more can be done. I feel for you.CC

YOU KNOW WHAT I HAVE EGSACT THE SAME PROBLEM!!! I JUST BROKE MINE WHEN I WAS ABOUT & NOW I BROKE IT EVEN MORE SO BASICALLY IM IN PAIN FOR ABOUT ” WEEKS!!! IM HOPING TO WHAT I CAN DO TO HELP MINE!! MY DOCTOR SAID THAT I COULDNT CURE IT EITHER HE GAVE ME TABLETS AND CAPSOULES TO EAT!!!
