Any books detailing correct taping for subluxed shoulder?
I was told about McConnell taping but unable to get details for the shoulder (but tons on knee!!
You would be better to use kinesio taping. Find a therapist that is certified in kinesio taping for correct application technique. They can teach you how to do it.
