Hello,
I’ve just been told by my doctor I’ve got Tendenitous behind my knee. I would like some more information on what causes it, and what it actually is.

What does it feel like? I’m 46 yrs old and Have this tightness in my knee. Never had this before and find it difficult and painfull to bend me knee. I know I haven’t done anything to it

My knee has been aching for about a month. Any position I leave it in for a few minutes, seems to stiffen up. Basic bending and walking has become a chore. Have I sprained it, or is this a sign of tendenitous?
