Tendonitis

Sorry to bother you but I have a question about tendonitis. My Tendons bother me in the the front of my foot from extending my ankle and foot when running etc. It will only bother while I am running and the pain will go away very quitly once I am not straining them anymore. I have to take a phisical for firefighting and I am wondering what excercises I can do to try and strengthen my tendons. Thank you very much

    How about taping for support. An athletic trainer can show you how to tape your ankle to give you external support that your tendons can’t do.

    I have very bad pain with Tendonitis in my thumb and wrist now my thumb had become numb I carnt feel anything does this come with tendonitis?.
