tendonitus & tingling in hands

I have what I believe to be tendonitus in both my thumbs.
I have had carpol tunnel in my hand before and it’s nothing like this.
I am a pregnant and push myself up from a seated position all day long.
What can I do to rid myself of the tenderness? Also, my husband has tingling in his right hand, like it’s going to sleep and was told to take cayenne pepper pills to increase circulation.
It isn’t working.
What should be his next step?
